Literary Addicts Weekly Meme: Love Triangles in Literature

It’s Wednesday! And that means it’s time for the Literary Addicts Weekly Meme! Every Wednesday, they suggest a fun theme to write about. The theme of this week: “Post your favorite literary love triangle.

I recently read a fantastic book called Seraphina, by Rachel Hartman. Seraphina is half-human and half-dragon, but she must keep her dragon blood a secret. When she is hired to give music lessons to Princess Glisselda, who is destined to be the queen of Goredd, she cannot deny her growing feelings for Prince Lucian Kiggs, the captain of the Queen’s Guard. And his admiration for Seraphina appears to be growing into something more, too. Unfortunately, Lucian is already engaged to Princess Glisselda. And, of course, he is not yet aware of Seraphina’s forbidden dragon blood…

I loved this book and the growing attraction between Lucian and Seraphina. I can’t wait for the second book in the series to arrive so I can see how it all plays out!
