Literary Addicts Weekly Meme: My Best Reads of 2013

It’s Wednesday! And that means it’s time for the Literary Addicts Weekly Meme! We took a little break for the holidays, but now we’re back with more fun Q&As about books! The theme of this week: What was your favorite book of 2013?

I’m going to assume that this refers to books that were published in 2013. And then I’m going to wimp out and say that I can’t pick just one! I’m sure I’m forgetting some books because I’m really bad at updating my Goodreads shelves, but here are three books that really stood out for me in 2013. (You can click on the covers to read about them on Amazon.)

The Winter Witch, by Paula Brackston

Ink, by Amanda Sun

Longbourn, by Jo Baker

What about you? What book(s) did you love in 2013? CLICK HERE for links to the other blogs participating in this meme to find out their choices!

  1. I added the Winter Witch to my wish list!

    1. Paula Brackston's book, "The Witch's Daughter," is also excellent. And I just received the ARC for her new book coming out in March, "The Midnight Witch." I can't wait to read it! They are all independent stories, not a series, so you can read them in any order.

  2. I have not read these but they sound and look very interesting!

  3. These look really good. I can't wait to check them out.
